Wine Tasting

During this unique tasting, we will pair the finest DO Empordà wines with wildflowers from the Costa Brava, a region in Catalonia where flowers bloom year-round.

The tasting will be led by:

Evarist March – Botanist, nature guide, instructor and consultant specializing in gastrobotanics with over fifteen years of experience. March is the Botanist at El Celler de Can Roca, the World’s Best Restaurant 2015 and 2013. See Natural Walks

Dani Martinez – Passionate about the world of wine, and with a background in restaurant and sommelier studies, this young talent has trained and worked at the World’s Best Restaurant for over five years. See Celler de Can Roca

Before the tasting, enjoy the “Intangible” seminar, where the Roca Brothers will unveil their latest research and innovation projects. Then enjoy an exquisite breakfast and discover firsthand why the Costa Brava and Girona Pyrenees are known worldwide for their unique wine and gastronomic experiences.
